Shipping Policy

CMW Aviation, Supplies, Inc. ships packages by UPS / FedEx or Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase.

For your protection we require a signature of delivery on most shipments. By requiring a signature of delivery we are doing everything possible to ensure the package is delivered to the right person and in proper condition. UPS will try three (3) times to deliver the shipment before returning the package (see returned shipments charge information below). If you elect to have UPS leave the package with someone else or without a signature it becomes your full responsibility. You should contact your local UPS delivery point for additional information.

Allow at least 1 day for processing and at least 2 days before receiving shipping information.

Residents of the States of California, Connecticut and New York; please select the “Ground Shipping” drop-down box for Sennheiser orders and allow 12 working days for delivery of Sennheiser products drop shipped from Sennheiser.  Any Sennheiser product shipped by Sennheiser whose final destination is to CA. and CT. and NY. will be first shipped to CMW Aviation Supplies Inc. and they shipped to the customer unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase. We are unable to have drop shipments made to these states from Sennheiser due to sales tax requirements. (There is no CA. CT. or NY. sales tax on these purchases).

CMW Aviation Supplies reserves the right to use a shipping carrier of our choice. We reserve the right to use UPS Ground for most all our shipping to the lower 48 states. We may also use the US Postal Service or FedEx as a means of shipping at our discretion. The shipping charge includes shipping, handling, packaging, insurance, and a delivery signature.

We do not make money on shipping charges.

CMW also reserves the right to have your package drop shipped and or billed by one of our suppliers if necessary.

All shipping charges will be deducted from any return refunds. See our return policy below. All prices are subject to change without notice.
