Return Policy
New Merchandise
CMW Aviation Supplies has a 30-day return policy (US sales,
New only). We will accept returned merchandise within 30
days of the purchase invoice date for a refund. You must
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) prior
to sending your return-freight pre-paid by the customer.
All refunds will be less freight charges and a $15.00 Handling
Fee.You may contact us for a RMA number between the hours
of 8:00am to 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday by Email, fax
or phone.
The merchandise must be returned in its original
shipping containers along with all paper work, warranty registration
forms (not filled out) and in its original state when received
by the customer.Please NOTE that a 20% restocking fee may
apply if the item is not returned in its original saleable
condition.
Defective products (except for Refurbished products) will be
exchanged for the same product at no charge as long as it is returned
within 30 days of the original invoice date (US sales only) and a
RMA number has been obtained.
Refurbished Headsets
Any refurbished headset that
fails out of box may be returned (within 10 days) for a like headset
or returned to the factory for service under the warranty. No
refunds.
If you elect to send the refurbished headset back to CMW you must
contact us for an RMA number as stated above. We must receive the
headset in the same condition as when you received it and in the
same packaging material and with all paper work.
The customer
is responsible for all the shipping and insurance costs.
Upon receipt of the defective headset we will ship another
like model by UPS Ground.
If the customer elects to send the refurbished headset back to Sennheiser
for service (out of box failure only) we will reimburse the customer
for UPS Ground shipping charges only. You must email us your
intentions and send us a copy of the Sennheiser work order
along with a copy of the shipping charges. Although we will
work with you, please consider that it may be more expeditious
to return the refurbished headset to Sennheiser for service
than request an exchange.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In case of loss or damage in transit, advise us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise or invoice. Any evidence of loss or damage, both apparent and concealed, should be noted on your own copy and on the carrier's copy of the delivery receipt. A claim should be filed with the motor freight forwarder or air shipper. IN ALL CASES RETAIN GOODS, SHIPPING CONTAINER, PACKING MATERIAL AND CALL CARRIER FOR IMMEDIATE INSPECTION.
Refused Shipments and Returns
If the order is refused and returned without CMW Aviation Supplies,
Inc. authorization, shipping charges BOTH WAYS plus a 15% restocking
charge will be assessed.
After 30 days we cannot accept returns. If a product is defective you will need to send it directly to the manufacturer.
